The Dead Can Wait are a five-piece classic rock band from Reading, Berkshire, describing their own sound as "Classic rock in its finest form. Think Maiden, Queensryche, Dio, MSG." Formed in 2016 and reformed in 2024 with a new rhythm section, the line-up is Ashley Stone (vocals), Mick Hare and Steve McLoughlin (lead guitars), Andy Rowe (bass) and Chris York (drums).
